Sad for you, I love Pannetone.
Supermarkets here have 20 different varieties, but I guess Australia has a strong Italian cultural influence. Strong enough for our coffee culture to cost Starbucks $600M when they tried to convince us all that their liquid dessert shops were coffee shops.

Mine goes pink during spring, green for the rest of the year.
That's September to November for me in Australia.
It's quite easy to swap, there are branch structures for both configurations so it's really just swapping 3 large sections plus one small one on top.
