Polywood hands down. We have had a set for a few years now in the Boston area and no issues at all after leaving it in all kinds of weather. Whatever you end up getting, just don’t get anything black since it will get really hot under the sun.

Just go to your local insurance agency. They will register the car for you and fill out all the paperwork and give you a license plate all at once. I think they charged around 20 bucks or so in addition to the insurance that I had to pay. Your insurance could be a little higher but you can always switch after a year once your paperwork is all set.

I did this about 2 years ago, tho we paid (small amount) for the car from our parents.

Paid around 900 last thanksgiving for a golden retriever, so your quote seems reasonable. You do pay for what you get…the vet called multiple times post surgery to check in and was very responsive throughout the process with questions and concerns.
