great, then don't move to a densely populated city or its surrounding walkable suburbs. Families and kids are part of what makes my neighborhood great.

Just be cautious of going on the weekends when they are slammed.

Also the owner just seems like a beam of joy every time I walk in. Even if his chai and food was crap (which they aren't) I'd still probably go once a month just for the good energy.

Based on your responses to folks who answered you, your high demands, unwillingness to be near families/community spaces, and your casual use of the words rape... any way we can convince you to stay in Saint Paul? Or at the very least move to a suburb decently far from where I live?

If you're concerned about showing a complete picture you'd have to look at more than just travel times. Add in account for for safety, noise, environmental impact, cost, air quality, etc. Buses will be a clear winner.
