Hmm, if you're looking to be spooked, I'm gonna say that those memories are mostly vague childhood memories of other children.

Boring answer, do not read if you enjoy the spooky: Skinny kid(s) with sweaty medium length sweaty hair I played football/soccer with. Smiling because they were having a good time. Kids have weird proportions sometimes, even with adequate nutrition because growth comes in spurts I guess.

Edit: I see someone else made the "games on your phone" joke and I really feel that.
