If you need a realtor lmk! The good thing for rentals is that CCSU is there so you will attract students if you’re close to the school, lower income area generally so possibly more renters, another plus would be the properties are usually less expensive. The negatives are that the crime statistics are high for the area, and schools are rated lower than neighboring areas.

There are a variety of options. Living in north haven/Wallingford area would put you close to getting in metro north in New Haven. You could also do Naugatuck or beacon falls area and get on metro north to connect in Bridgeport. I’d consider other factors as far as what you’re looking for in a town as well. If you need a realtor lmk!

It depends where in the state you want to be but like many I will vote for the Farmington valley! Simsbury, Avon, Farmington. Please lmk if you need a realtor!

It really depends how close you want to be to the city. If you want to live cheaply and still have a cool vibe I recommend west Hartford, but it’s a little far from the city. If you want to be closer try Stamford and surrounding.
