Have you considered a vent less dryer?
They're more expensive than a "traditional" dryer and they take longer to dry laundry but they use heat pump technology, use less energy to run, and do not need to be vented outside.

AFAIK, they were not "released"; they escaped.
A Brazilian scientist was studying them and trying to improve the honey production of non-Africanized bees.

And camping doesn't involve legs and can only be done during the day. (Though, I didn't ask about if it's done at night.)
