This may be a weird one, Slay the Spire. My wife doesn’t game much but enjoys regulars card games like poker. I sat down with her and taught her some basic stuff with the game and has been an avid enjoyer of it the last two years. If you want to play together there’s across the obelisk which has coop and plays similarly to spire.
