Keep checking the website for appointments. You might be able to snag a same day one like I did. They change hourly.

Do you have license plates from your other car?

Only parts of it are walkable, it’s liberal and specifically conservative democrat, and the public transit is ok at best. So maybe not as great as you’ve heard but i do think it’s better than where you are now based on your comment.

It just kind of depends on how much money you earn too. If you’re a great earner then you’ll definitely be able to live in a nice walkable area.

I’m sorry but if she’s specifically wanting Mexican families then she will be in for a culture shock. Don’t get me wrong there are Mexicans here but it’s not like how it is in California or other border states. The majority of Hispanic people here are Dominican and Puerto Rican, also Guatemalans.

All that being said South providence or around chalkstone Ave might be staring points for you. But either way be in for some major culture shock either way. We are on opposite sides of the country. I don’t say this in any mean way of course but you need to manage your expectations.

For reference I’m Hispanic (Dominican and Costa Rican) and those are some spots I lived in. Chalkstone (or parts of it) I think might be nice than the south side.

Yeah if you fight for it and don’t have any red flags and can provide a nice apt or home then it’s not that hard to get 50/50. Some people are just shit dads and shit people with dodgy work history and criminal histories and then just want to blame in on the courts. People on social media love to offload the blame and not take responsibility.
