So yes, in that NJ Transit operates* trains and busses throughout the state.

The transit routes are more or less designed around commuting to metropolitan area centers. What that means in practice is that for most of NJ, transit is oriented towards commuting to NYC or Philadelphia, as opposed to being able to get around town with reliable frequencies. So if you work in NYC, Philly, or Newark, you might not need a car to get there. When you start talking about getting around your immediate area, you'll probably need a car unless you're in one of NJ's cities. Even then, mass transit coverage isn't that good or reliable when your destination remain within the state.

* NJ Transit is also kind of a franchise with various operations being run by private companies contracted with the state. This sometimes becomes a point of conflict with the buses, with the private operators want to reduce frequency.

Especially when this has effect on rankings in the algorithm. Twitter shot itself in the foot on that one by making the analytics public. If the people that I follow with tens of thousands of followers are only getting 300 or so impressions per tweet, then what hope do I have with a much smaller follower count? Now you want to me to pay for the prospect of screaming into the wind?

Yeah, I think that the Bing/Google Search case is wrong for ChatGPT, but something like it’s Office 365 integration of writing something based on a prompt is better. More practically outside of that, something like a more fully featured automated customer support could reduce the need for things like call centers in the next couple of years.

I actually think it's fine. Certainly not the worst thing ever, not really top tier animated comedy, not even on HBO Max given Harley Quinn's continued existence. Definitely not worthy of all of the outrage that the show has gotten though.

It's OK. Definitely feeling the competitive pressures of fancier malls and NYC being nearby. It's a working class mall with working class selections, and it's doing pretty well in that demographic.

People who want Apple Stores and other high end things are going to need to take the PATH to the city, or drive to American Dream, Garden State Plaza or Short Hills, all of which are close enough that no one would really dream of higher end aspirations for Newport.

They opened an Apple Store at American Dream, which honestly kills the prospect of an Apple Store opening anywhere closer in Hudson County. Close enough from a driving perspective that they'll figure that people in Jersey City/Hoboken are probably either going to go to American Dream or WTC. Better to just have the mini-shop in Best Buy, really.

Sounds like Cartoon Network is going to be looking for something like a Steven Universe/Adventure Time show with a lot of crossover appeal. Problem is, both of those shows needed time to evolve that audience, and I wonder how much patience WB Discovery will have for that. Also seems like no one was willing to Greenlight much in the way of original IP if it was targeting kids. Does that change now?
