If you leave it unwrapped.
A typical loaf stored in its original plastic bag doesn’t dry out.

Cover your food. Clean it regularly. Leave it open to dry out.

Find headphones that are comfy for your head. I can wear my Bode QC 35II for hours and hours with no discomfort.
Which ear plugs stretch? I have flare audio minis and they don’t stretch. Also have Loop quiet & experience pro which also don’t stretch.

Ear plugs combined with noise canceling headphones

Tell me you’re British without telling me to it British.
My mum always called them bobbles, and I did as a young kid in Australia until my peers began teasing me for it.
Hair ties. Always hair ties, but ‘bobble’ still fills me with fond memories of my mum & British family.

This really depends on your location. Tipping isn’t necessary in some countries.
