Im happy theyre removing some of this unnecessary parking. I agree that the lot is more than enough. That lot across the tracks is expensive and heavily underutilized anyways

Zoning could be changed to allow more walkable development around existing stations and new rail lines could serve existing or easily buildable walkable areas.

You could share how baltimore is working on providing mentoring and job training to the squeegee boys so they can build skills and earn a dependable income. This is a much better program than simply outlawing squeegeeing (there are a few no-squeegee zones however), leaving squeegee boys to find other, often more dangerous, sources of income. Poverty is a major issue in baltimore city and this is a good step in bridging that gap

Exactly. People bring revenue, not cars. Foot traffic leads to a lively neighborhood, which can lead to even more foot traffic
