Is it accredited? I'm 39, lived here my whole life and I've never heard of it. Is it a for-profit school and why are you thinking of attending? I've had many friends go to for-profit trade schools, like Lincoln Tech, who end up doing well for themselves. If it pretends to be a traditional university and you're investing thousands, do some research!!

That would be ideal! one of the push ones that looks kinda like a push-lawnmower would be awesome, but I work for a small, family-run business and I don't think we don't get enough snow to justify the cost. plus, the city outlawed new, gasoline run 2-stroke motors and I don't know if they make electric ones. It's worth looking into, though! Thanks for the suggestion!

we can be a little elitist about who qualifies as a DC native! I think you should have a caveat for transplants who've lived here for over ten years, not that I'm one, though! My family moved here during the New Deal to work. I was born in DC, brought up in Cheverly, moved back to DC as a teen.
