It’s really interesting to see how companies are trying to productize ai. The teams features seem both powerful, and a total waste of a billion dollar language model. I hope we start to see better.

Their nationality was Jewish. Their first language would have been Yiddish. Their citizenship was polish.

No, no it wouldn’t. Copyright protects the product of human expression. A set of trained weights are not a human creative expression.

I’m sorry but, what jurisdiction do you think provides intellectual property protection for ml models? I dont believe any of them do.

I’m intrigued by your project though. I’ve been thinking about building a bitcoin trader with rl but never found the time to break metabolic inertia. Interested in having a collaborator?

Using rl to make a bitcoin reader is like orders of magnitude more difficult than trying to make an lstm for stock prices.

Totally agree with you. I was able to do interesting work when you could do that on a 10k budget. Now almost everyone is boxed out. It’s incredibly frustrating.
