I have a Room and Board sofa with their pet friendly Sumner fabric (this is a custom option so it takes a while for them to send it to you). We are very happy we went with this because our cat claws up everything he can but he hasn’t been able cause any marks or pills yet in the fabric for our new sofa.
The style we went with was Cade which we find comfortable, but I recommend going to a showroom as height differences can affect what sofa you find comfortable.

I agree. Hardwood floors should always be done by a professional. DIY for this is always obvious.

I see missing paint, but it is hard to tell from the photo how deep the damage is. It looks like it is deeper than the paint layer, so it might be best to replace the drywall in that section because it might be difficult to smooth it out enough to apply paint.
If the surface is still fairly smooth but the paper is ripped off, you could try applying something like Gardz to seal the surface. This will make it easier to skim coat. Then prime and paint.
Edit: you can also do this without Gardz but plain brown paper will suck the water out of your compound mixture and it will make things more difficult.

We bought our sofa and chair in 2021 and received it in 2022. I can’t speak to how long it will last obviously because they are so new still.
What I can say is the wood on the chair is beautiful and my sofa is sooo comfortable (we tried sofas in the showroom ahead of time). We ordered the sumner fabric for the upholstery and what is amazing is that my cat can’t destroy it. Also, any spills are absurdly easy to clean up.
The cushions are holding up well but as I’ve only had them for 6 months it is impossible to state how long they’ll last. My overall perception is that they are high quality and they feel like they will last. I should also note it took six months for them to make these as they were semi-custom, so it’s not like they are sacrificing quality to decrease wait times.

Burrow and Room and Board are in two different leagues as far as quality.
Get the Room and Board with Sumner fabric. My cat claws it every day and there isn’t a single pull in it. The Sumner fabric is meant to hold up against pets.
