Lol I've worked on like five just in 2022 and I only work on a fraction of them. The SCA is spending a couple billion dollars building new schools and additions to existing structures.

Not if you want it to stay on the wall. Honestly, just keep drilling till you hit a stud then measure out 16". You might need a piece of plywood backing to hang the mount on anyway. Just patch any of the holes in the plaster

He's a roofer, 5his is what they do. That being said he definitely broke a bunch of OSHA rukes doing that. I wouldn't be out there boasting about it if I were him.
