Psychology Specialists of Maine has offices in Portland and Brunswick and their waitlist moves pretty quickly since they have so many therapists.

Fuller Farms will be perfect for you. It’s technically Scarborough but close to Saco, it’s a hiking area that is incredibly dog friendly. Most people have their dogs off leash there. Like a huge dog park.
