Reply to comment by grr5000 in New Jersey considering bill to warn tenants, homebuyers of flood risks on properties by vprasad1
Taxes often off set the cost of flood insurance. I was looking at homes in Wayne about two years ago. That area is famous for flooding. Just by looking at the taxes you could figure out if it was in a flood zone. 600k home taxes on average were 13 to 14k. You found a 600k home with taxes at around 10k it was in a flood zone.

Lived in Jesey my whole life. Driving over 30 years. 100% I would like to be able to pump my own gas. Drives me nuts to have to wait for gas attendant. Usually one guy taking care of at least 4 pumps. I don't even care about the possible savings. I just want to pull in swipe, pump, and go.

Old tags never stopped working. I would like to add that I recieved an email last night that they would be deactivating the lost tags and sending replacements. I used the online "contact us" form and they responded in 3 days.

Log into your account and there is a section where you can send a message online. I did that last night and got automated response that it could take up to 10 days to hear back.

So I'm currently at 5 months. My old tags still work. The two I never recieved still list as active on my account. I may just report them as lost. It still irks me that I will be charged for the lost tags.

Same boat. Called them over an hour on hold. Then they told me to wait another week to see if they show up. It had already been almost two months.
