i would stop working in IT, that's for sure.

allowing people the freedom to work on things they are passionate about without risking poverty would be great. sometimes people don't find out what they REALLY want to do until much later in life. being forced to stick with a career that you eventually come to hate solely because you need the money it provides to survive sucks.

some say depressing some say realistic. putting our head in the sand won't make the problems that will have a huge impact on future generations go away.

crazy to think that they would rather build killer robots than have competent well-trained officers who are both mentally and physically equipped to deal with high pressure situations. then again why would they do that when they can just keep hiring morons (and psychopaths) and just send in the killbots when they get scared to do their own jobs.
