The thing is India do not care about the invasion that much to begin with, so it is funny for that Ukrainian MP to demand India sending a stronger message. On top of that, India certainly does welcome the cheaper fuels, not because they hate Ukraine, but because cheaper fuels.
Now is India bad in not caring? The West think so, but I would say the West are naïve in expecting other countries to care more about a war in Europe than say a war in Africa.
