I don't have specifics to the expansion, other than I've recently seen a couple "Coming soon!" yard signs.
I can say that I recently switched to it from Cox, and that the service has been spectacular.

As far as I know, Iggy's was the last place in Lakewood with multiple tables. Under new ownership, I'm not certain that's still the case.
The bars I listed are the ones that I know have one table.
I missed Mullen's, they also have one.

You're not wrong. I believe we're in a bubble, but I've been wrong before. If you have reservations about affordability, there are a lot more options available in Cleveland just east of 117th or south of Lakewood in West Park (Cleveland).
Plenty of good housing and safe neighborhoods to choose from nearby, but you'd need a lot of luck/connections to get something decent in Lakewood right now.

I think there's one in the area of Franklin & Winchester. But yeah, much better speeds at a much better price. Good luck!
