Disclosures from the seller are absolutely required by RI law (RIGL 5-20.8-2).

I found Safelite to be the most expensive. We used Patriot Auto Glass and it was half the price of Safelite.

If you look at your ticket, you will likely see the number 75 inside a circle near the top. That is to tell the judge your actual speed (as opposed to what the officer actually cited you for). What grounds do you propose use to contest the ticket? If you lose and the judge knows how fast you were really going, its not going to go well for you… RI does allow you to have a ticket dismissed for just court costs based on a good driving record, but I dont know how your non-moving violation would affect that.
