La Santa and La Carreta are the best I’ve had in New Hampshire. If you travel down to MA, you can go to The Painted Burro which blows everything else I’ve had out of the water, other than San Diego. It’s the closest I’ve had to San Diego. They do bottomless brunch on Sunday’s at at least one of their locations.

I always wondered this and then when I moved to NH and registered my car I realized the reason. They specifically ask you if you want a vanity plate when you register. So even if you weren’t thinking about it, the act of them asking will trigger people to consider it. In MA you have to plan ahead and it’s more of a process

I moved to NH from MA in 2019. First time I went to get my car inspected they gave me a huge list of things to get done. (The car was fine in MA). I got the things done on my own. Went back and they gave me a different list with 3 things that weren’t on the last list. I took care of those things and went a 3rd time. Got a new list of new things. Tried a different place and got a different list. I gave up. To this day I drive around every day with my rejection sticker. It’s a huge scam how NH deals with inspections.
