Contact local media, there’s no way they won’t want to cover something like this, especially if there is any paper trail

I used to be an EMT in NYC, the number of times I was called to a nursing home because they were just being lazy was insane
“He’s having a seizure.”
“Ma’am, he has the hiccups. He said he told you it’s the hiccups.”
“Well you take him just to be safe.”
