I don’t care if it takes “hundreds of billions of dollars” to meet these standards, there is excuse for the richest country in the world to not have perfect drinking water. I’m not even a big gov spender person but clean drinking water is basically the most essential thing humans need.

I would argue reversing the plan to get rid of this tax hurts the middle class more than the rich considering it impacts everyone making more than $2,400 in interest/dividends.

I would recommend Dover. Decent downtown and safe. You will get more for your money versus Portsmouth but still a quick Uber from taking advantage of it. Decent dating pool by NH standards, highway access to the Eastern NH ski mountains and Boston. Listen to others here and do not move to Manchester.

You may choose a town close to skiing with a small dating pool, or a larger dating pool further from skiing.
