Having to pay to park for jury duty in Cambridge made me so mad.

I would rather know what I’m paying than have mysterious fees show up in the check at the end.

I work in a public library, and the Epoch Times mysteriously shows up in our newspaper section quite frequently.

Ever since that storm when a school bus got stuck and kids had to hang out in a convenience store for hours, schools have been much more willing to cancel or have half days for safety’s sake. The problem with a swing in temps like that is that it is forecast for a specific time, but if it’s off, it could be major trouble.

The concern is the flash freezing that will happen later in the day. The morning will be downpours and windy but 50 degrees.

Ugh, agreed. That general mentality was mostly what that facepalm was for.
