Yeah same dealio. His outbound stats were atrocious. He would laugh and joke about it, but it had to suck a bit there.

We didn’t do pre-call txts at that point, but it was always relating to a product they already had with us, usually their home loan, but still. Our team would only do some ob calls if the ib queues were already quiet. (As it wasn’t our main role)

I think in 2 years I only had 2 customers do the ‘let me call you back on the bank number so I know it’s not a scam’ thing, and they were all apologetic when they got back to me. (Kiwi accent)

But he was getting hung up on 8/10 calls. So the TL switched him to inbounds only for those days cos it was affecting his stats and job rating.

One of my mates when I was working at a NZ bank requested to only be put on inbound calls not the outbound calls, because he just got hung up on at a much higher rate than the rest of our team did, simply because of his Indian accent. It was rough 😂 they missed out in the end tho cos he was one of our best bankers.

Also females who could be on contraception. The pill is known to increase risk of blood clotting (perhaps due to the estrogen? I’m unsure of the reason so don’t wanna guess incorrectly)

So, it sounds like this person probably has English as their second language, and most of this story is written in pretty good English.

I’m assuming this, since they used 18 instead of 6pm which means they’re probably either military or European. Now as they said they have health issues, you could assume they’re not USA military, and their partner is mcd so they’re also not military.

From this you could deduce that they’re probably from a country in Europe that uses the 24hr clock. So considering they said ‘hurted’ it’s possible that they’re typing this in English while also speaking another fluently.

TLDR: you’re a bit of a dick for making ‘hurted’ the topic of your post, and probably don’t speak any other languages yourself.

Our islands are literally called the North Island and the South Island 😂 they were descriptive but not so inventive back in 1840.

Wellington is at the south of the North Island. 😂

Also, was stoked to see my home city on one of these things 😂
