Idk about Arctic Fox but I love Rin at Spa Elysium in Chestnut Hill, she’s done my hair purple, pink and royal blue over past couple years and does a fantastic job

I grew up in a beach town, house was on a corner of the highway (if we can even call it that) and soooo many people walking in the summer just throw their garbage over my parents fence into the backyard. Happens multiple times every single year, lazy idiots.

As long as I used shampoo and conditioner that doesn’t strip coloring it stays great, she also does it so as it starts growing out you’re not seeking like a block line of color, looks like ombré growing out
