Did that once, was immediately put on hold because that person didn't do cancellations since they were "sales."
This does not always work.

To add to this.
If anyone has access to talcum powder, or maybe even make up powder (but be careful with this) we'd put the talcum powder over the oil drop on our clothing. The talcum powder helps to soak up some of the oil.
This can only be done on fresh stains, though.

Apparently, by reading the other responses, what I described is frequent. Companies are not dumb.
