There are companies that will test for lead paint. You should do that if buying. To rent in Maryland I believe you need a lead paint certificate and you can ask to see that

Dance was always my social outlet. There’s a good Swing community locally. Salsa was my poison :-) the promenade is fairly close and offers lessons if you want to learn

It’s definitely more of a family vibe here in Howard county. It takes more effort to get to “night life” types of events, but there’s lots of good food and family friendly entertainment locally :-) (inclusive of breweries that you can take your kids to…and close on the early side haha)

Reach out to your council rep! They’re usually pretty wonderful when dealing with their constituents! They can tell you if there has been any discussion of making changes!

Also, another argument to add to your list is that gas powered lawn equipments isn’t very healthy for those who operate it (talking crews operating it all day every weekday)

Could they have some dementia and be forgetting how long they’ve been out and that they already blew the leaves?
