You could visit Tandy leather down in Essex and get some saddle soap and mink oil to clean and soften the leather. They’ll also have some suggestion for you.

Only ever ordered oysters once there after I couldn’t get a lemon. And I’m a Woodberry fan for sure.

Maybe we should put more of those benches that say, “the city that reads”, at the intersection.

I know it’s far outside the city but Mandala Pies in Vienna and Berlin, MD are amazing if you’re making a beach trip. The Berlin location just opened.

Oh, you’re right I forgot. In Baltimore, MD specifically if you break up John Waters decides who gets the house and the one who doesn’t has to move to the Eastern Shore.

I’m assuming because if you break up who gets the house? There aren’t the legal protections/procedures for mortgage and ownership like in a marriage. If one of you up and leaves can the other cover the total mortgage? Things like that.

Sadly there is a pumping room so they won’t defer you longer than 6 months. The shitty part is you have to go ask for a key and then hope it’s not occupied. Also, I have no idea the condition of the room. A coworker dealt with this recently. I feel someone with young kids you should be exempt from jury duty if you have any child under school age.
