I was the opposite. Hated the social aspect of the office but loved commuting. I used public transportation, so I had lots of time to read. Now I work from home. Or live at work. It was so easy to pick up groceries on the way home.

You would still only have two covered. The two plans coordinate benefits. The other plan tries to pay the amt not paid by the primary plan for the same service. It does not mean you have double the frequency of services.

The frequency is a contract limitation between the employer and the insurance company. The dentist will get nowhere fighting for more than the contract allows.

There is a federal idling law - 5 minutes. I had to call the police on someone that I guess was sleeping in their car outside my windows. Idling for a half hour at a time, two or three hours a night. The building shook, woke me up, and exhaust fumes were seeping in. I haven't seen the car again since.
This was in a private parking space on private property and right in front of an Authorized Parking Only sign.
