I can't imagine moving to a new city and deciding to immediately purchase a house. Rent for a year and get to know the area and neighborhoods before committing to a huge purchase.

He didn't "give them the name." The NFL interfered. They wouldn't let him take the name. They declared the Cleveland Browns to be a still-existing but temporarily-dormant team, and called the Ravens a new expansion team.

Caller ID is not reliable. It is easy to spoof.
There used to be web sites that would do it for free, but all the ones I can find right now require logins and subscriptions.

2010s, dancing every Thursday night with Dancin' Dave and the Bayside Big Band. Our 10th Anniversary party was there. So sad when they closed.

As you noted but don't realize you did, term limits for other people are overwhelmingly popular. My representative is doing a great job, the problem is your representative who won't get with the program.
Source: Congress has a 20% approval rating and yet 80% reelection rates.
