There's 4 groups of pension based on what job you're looking at. There's an algorithm that shows you what you'd get based on age, time of service, and average pay. Go on the state website for more specifics.

That's the problem right there. School nurses don't need to be RNs. It's a joke what they dont do, and how quick they call 911 for anything. Let a medic do the job. Of course there's a shortage of medics in this state too so there's that
