Hey! I’m a Baltimore-based photographer that shoots both digital and film. I mostly work on street photography, I post a lot in this sub, but only the stuff that I’ve taken in Baltimore, so there’s lots more from other places I’ve been.
ETA- I also do graduation photos, feel free to reach out to me on instagram if that’s something you’re looking for.
Check out my website below, and see if there’s anything you like! I sell prints of many sizes, framed and unframed. Feel free to message me if there’s a photo of mine you’ve seen that isn’t available for purchase. You can also see my work on instagram @jakesaltzberg

And indeed I do, quite often. Don’t work at hopkins though, but I use the metro to get around downtown and mount vernon, or to hopkins/north east market and also just because sometimes, I love trains.

the amount of people who live in mt vernon, work at the hospital, and ignore the metro is too high

I was gonna say- yeah there’s so many more places opening back up and new spots too. Sure it’ll never be the exact same but it’s a gorgeous transformation and it’s a great thing for downtown and the rest of the city.

I believe that’s just part of the “soft opening” phase that’s been ongoing, so hopefully they’ll extend the hours

I’d like to see the 21 and 94 running every 15 minutes at least, and get the light rail’s rush hour frequencies back.

Firefly Farms’ stall in whitehall mill has an extensive selection of fine goods, as well as a great wine selection and very helpful staff.

Reply to comment by A_Damn_Millenial in First time seeing the 2002 Baltimore Region Rail Map. Moore, make it happen! by A_Damn_Millenial
My understanding of the proposal for the purple and orange was a more hybrid rail approach like a septa regional rail, but running a more local service. still service intervals of around 30 minutes . this way it’s a more baltimore centric commuter service, but not necessarily rapid transit.

Little Donna’s makes their own and it’s just incredible - but you do have to engage in the strange (but good) midwestern practice of dipping pizza crusts in ranch
