My lender wanted to charge me extra points to pay property taxes and insurance myself. So it’s possible to have a loan that doesn’t include escrow, but not very common

your mortgage should be paying everything. but if you havent applied for the homestead exemption though make sure you do that, its not automatic but only need to apply once!

my sister, who's not the greatest at understanding distances, was visiting me and walking the dog, left her phone and missed my street coming the other way. after like an hour i had to go out to look for her and she had at least turned back around, but i found her like six blocks away

I like the theory I read that it’s not supposed to stop people, it’s just supposed to channel people’s desire towards something harmless instead of breaking windows
