“Real feel” will always sound wrong to my ears. It’s been windchill factor.

Abba fuels has been outstanding for us. Donno the current price (heads up, some fuel oil companies will let you pre-buy your oil at summer rates etc.)

As a person in the trades I can’t tell you how hard it is for people to understand the value of a GC - both for you as the client AND for the various subcontractors.
Money well spent. And think like a baker: time is an ingredient. Play with the design. Experience the place in different seasons (if the place is new to you).

He's also only been in Vermont resident for two years, which I think is pertinent when talking about elected officials. Didn't even live her pre-covid.
