Loitering is neither imaginary nor a "crime." However, loitering (meaning "standing around in a certain place for a prolonged amount of time with no purpose") is bad for business. People blame Amazon for the death of enclosed malls. However, strip malls are doing fine (just drive around Columbia to see what I mean). So what is killing enclosed malls? One major thing is large amounts of unruly youth who make it inconvenient or uncomfortable for actual paying customers.

Don't get me wrong, I hung out at malls when I was a teen. However, that was literally during a different millennium, back when mass shootings were rare. This is a different day and requires a different approach.

Gotta admit, it is illegal to: 1) smoke weed outside in public, 2) smoke weed below the age of 21.

I only looked at houses that already had a fence. Also, when I adopted my second dog, the Howard County Animal Shelter came and inspected the fence. They found that the split-rail fence was more than adequate.

Pick the house first. Then you will be sent the guidelines for the applicable HOA. Some are stricter than others.

I have two dogs (both 60+ pounds) and a split rail fence. So far, no problems and I've been in this house for over two years. The owner before me also had a fairly large dog with no problems.

I agree with you, sir. Even Columbia Mall seems to be slowly transitioning into a strip mall. As someone who grew up in the old-school enclosed malls, it is kind of sad that they are obsolete.

I think you mean "enclosed" malls. Strip malls have Walmart and Costco stores and are doing fine across America.
