I lived in Pebble Creek about 10 years ago so I don’t know how relevant my feedback is, but they were fairly well maintained and kept up. My only complaint was that I lived right off of Fort Street and a lot of trucks and cars would race down Fort late at night which would sometimes wake me up. It was pretty obnoxious.

I got a 3D printer in December (Ankermake M5) but haven’t been having those issues. When I first started it up the filament was coming out a little stringy like you described but I ran the extrude function a few times and then printed a test file without any issue. I did notice the filament was getting stuck on the outside of the nozzle when running extrude, and had to spend a minute or so get it to separate and stop that.

Gonna add on to this and be a shill for Corner 21, but I’ve been there about 15 times now and every time it has been great. It’s a 4 hour round trip drive for me to go there, but it’s easily the best Sichuan restaurant within a 5 hour radius of NWA.

We took my mother in law there twice now and she also agrees, even by Chengdu standards it’s on the better side of places.

My only complaint is I wish they had a different variety of dishes, most of their plates are standard fare for a Sichuan restaurant in the US. That said, they do those dishes extremely well and stay authentic, and they are consistently good, I haven’t had a bad dish there ever.
