I have chronic neck and occiput pain that is slowly improving as I focus on my posture. I had luck with this deep stretch video. Also, to work on my forward head carriage I do “Ws” which are taught here at 5:44. The stretches helped relieve the neck pain and the Ws helps prevent it. Good luck!

Our versions of “don’t really care” are very different. My car gets washed when it rains, plus maybe three times yearly of actual soap and a sponge, and the rust just adds character. In the past I have tried to care for so many cars, and no matter my effort, the rust just finds a way. ::sigh::

I would stick with O’Reilly. You’ll have better hours than at Walmart, plus you will have a lot less stress and craziness around all the big retail holidays. To me that alone is worth the lower base pay.

You’re amazing. Even just calling to schedule that type of appointment takes a lot of bravery. And to actually still go to that appointment after realizing your mistake? I’m impressed. I’ve been dealing with similar issues for YEARS and I finally have an appointment for next week. Thank you for the warning. I will avoid kiwis that day.

My advice to to schedule time during the day to do something you enjoy, even if just for a short while. That may help lessen the difficulty of pulling yourself away from it at night to go sleep.

I am not a morning person at all so this next tip has never worked for me, but some people schedule the thing they like to do most for in the morning so that they are excited to wake up and do it.

I never count on getting a large tax return. It is low because you are getting all your money as you make it instead of letting the government hang onto it interest free until you file for your returns. I consider this a good thing.
