Yes all that is true but using blown in insulation is cheap and easy to do. The main problem ive run into is no insulation at all in the adjoining walls between you and the opposite Tennant. Just by doing this first step makes a huge difference then later you can apply a sheet of sound drywall over the existing drywall.

Yes thats where you will get most of the noise from. I have seen this in every place i have dealt with and everyone was shocked when i showed them theres no insulation in the interior walls. If you insulate with the blown in insulation it might be enough to solve your problems. This is the cheapest way to solve or minimize your problem hopefully.

One of the biggest problems with condos/ townhouses is that they dont insulate the interior walls. I would look into having blown in insulation in every wall facing them. If you wanted to go one step further after you finish with insulation you could put up more sheetrock over the sheetrock thats there if your handy or diy i think you can buy the blown in insulation and rent the machine.

If im correct about this theres a way to seal a record. This will still show the arrest date, but it wont reveal the crime or charge. The only one that will be able to see why you were arrested would be a judge. Unfortunately there is no way to remove an arrest. Im not sure of the process so you should consult with a lawyer.

Call the cops now and get a lawyer asap. Get a copy of the police report and go to the hospital. He will get away with the possession charge but his company will pay for everything dont be stupid just put what he said to you in the police report.

I wouldn't worry about it just chalk it up to an experience. Dont report it you wont get into any trouble this happens all the time. If your insurance contacts you then just explain what you said here. A hit and run is when you cause significant damage and or personal injury then leave the scene.

I was talking to a girl at comcast when i called about my contract, she said she bought her own equipment and has never had any problems and saves alot of money. I think i will buy a modem and one box for a room and see if i like it. I was thinking about the roku with voice remote. I was told theres an app for Xfinity you can use through roku.
