I’ve been checking the FCC maps and it appears that Astound is covering their footprint all over with fiber in Everett and Somerville. Might be worth checking out that map and your address because Verizon basically seems to have checked out with regards to FiOS expansion here.

Lightning is spec’d to USB 2.0. I have a lightning multi port adapter and I think the fastest I got via Ethernet was 380Mb/s on an iPhone 13 Pro. This was on a 5GB fiber connection for my internet.
