It is an imaginary line but it gives people on one side of it imaginary rights like voting in people who have imaginary powers to make imaginary rules which cops enforce with non-imaginary guns.

The problem is the same with any immigration - and one which people on this sub are salty about regarding Free Staters - people who live somewhere want to gatekeep the culture of the area, and I don't think they're wrong to want that.

I work in Mass, so it's easy to just hit a nearby store on the way back. If I had to pick between the current situation and one where marijuana is legal in NH but NH is basically Mass, I choose the current situation - that is to say marijuana being illegal in NH is dumb, but not a showstopper. Fortunately, I think NH can make marijuana fully legal without becoming northern Mass.

Honestly, NH should just sell it in the liquor stores and tell the DEA to fuck off if they try to do anything. I'm assuming marijuana prohibition is justified by "The Interstate Commerce Clause™" specifically the Wickard v Filburn ruling which is shit by any sane understanding of English, so it should be forced back into the courts.

What's up with people making houses which have an entire side with zero or one window? When a house has no windows on one side and then is combined with vinyl siding it looks extra McMansion-y

NH should just do it anyways. What's the DEA going to do anyways, fight the state troopers? The supremacy clause only applies to constitutional laws which marijuana being illegal isn't.

As much as I hate government mandates, I'd love it if they made it so people's wipers don't work outside of holding the stick down for mist unless the headlights are on. If I can't see you, you don't get to see the road.
