Did you not read the header of the graph? It shows a breakdown of state revenues based on tax-related revenue streams. Lamont and the state are obviously doing something right, because we have more money in the coffers than ever before.

Ahhhh yes, our governor and his wife embezzled $700 million of COVID relief funds and our state now has a $1 billion+ surplus because he “got lucky”… got it.
