I usually get 5 years or more. This is one where I wish they lasted longer but it's usually the base or the armrest that goes for me, not the seat material. And they don't really seem to make a more expensive office chair that is otherwise the same as the bonded leather one. The closest leather ones I have seen were running 3,500 and weren't ergonomically the same. But that cost is like 7 replacements, which at 5 years each is 35 years to break even if nothing happens on the chair. Not sure that's going to be worth it.

As far as I know, only Amazon does the insane comingling and online marketplace thing that makes counterfits so easy to get. It is frankly insane imo, even AliExpress and eBay have a seller linked to the individual sale so reputation matters to some extent.

I think it depends. There's Freaking Reviews on YouTube that tests a lot of these and the quality is all over the place. I have had excellent luck with the Nuwave oven over I think 6 or 8 years. The only issue is don't use the stand for the lid it comes with. Always set it down flat and it seems to go for years and years.

With no other info, a Lenovo P15 gen2 with the Xeon and Quadro card. It'll cost around 4100 usd, but will do CAD etc pretty well, you can do 32GB ram and up to like 128GB or more depending on money. Get it with the nvme / m. 2 disk, shoot for 512GB or 1TB if you can afford it.
It's a mobile workstation. Get 4 years of Premier support and you will be gtg for college and potentially beyond if you don't drop it or something.

I so far refuse to pay for something and watch ads with it. That said, I also do everything I can to avoid ads so I might be unusual.

Not most people I know. 480P is fine, they're not hating DVD quality from 10 feet away. Although, it might also be that most people I know are over 30 and don't have the best eyesight, but they're also the people who have any money.

I don't think it's unethical to clearly let the consumer decide if they want to use an amount of water to wash their clothes. I love my Speed Queen cause it doesn't break under heavy use and non careful family members, and can run every day. Oh and it cleans clothes fast. All good in my book. But I don't pay anything for my well water but the electricity to run the pump. And we get too much water as it is here.
Edit: and idk if you buy extremely delicate clothes or my whole family buys especially robust clothes, but it doesn't wear them out any faster than previous Kenmore or GE brand top loaders we had.
