I really like it; it works really well. I had an MX Master 2 and 3 and I like those, but this is much better on my wrist for pain. I use an Autohotkey script to reproduce the tilt scroll that the MX Vertical lacks: I hold down the shift key and then scroll up and down -- this allows me scroll left and right.

Learned to type on those in the mid-1990s. Our high school had not upgraded the equipment for the typing class. Loved the feel of those keys.
