I have a house in squirrel hill with a large fenced back yard and so do all my neighbors, Zillow estimates my home value at $850. Is that where your budget is?

I think there are a lot of situations (most) in which we could/should expect cops to incapacitate somebody, but taking active fire isn't one of them. They're trained to *not* shoot to incapacitate for their own safety.

School fisticuffs aren’t county wide - they are funded by local taxes, so to send your child to a school you need to live within the town/city etc whose property taxes fund it.
Many districts will allow you to pay tuition to attend, but at that point you’re paying often more than private school tuition.

I mean, I think the entire nation is working on that. You can't manifest drivers who simply aren't there though.

We also have two - one for the first two floors and a 2nd for the 3rd. Pre-covid that kept our bills pretty low because we rarely used the third floor. But now it's highly trafficked home office and runs almost as much as the main furnace.

I mean, arguably if you have the money to pay $120 on a month when your gas bill would be $10, you're also rolling. I just prefer budgeting for the peaks and valleys.

$530.
I know people are going to tell me to use the budget plan, but we're fine people. We know what our gas bill will be in the winter. It's nice to reallocate that money to other things in the summer.

Is that what your actual bill is this month? But also, if you are an interior town house you have the advantage of only two of four walls being exterior facing. Even if you are an end unit you only have 3 of 4 walls exterior facing. It makes a difference

Actually - you are the exception. Either your home is seriously well insulated or perhaps your heat runs partial electric? No average house in pittsburgh is going to run sub 200 dollars on gas in a super cold month here unless it’s got some other factor contributing to keeping the cost low.
