Listen to what you've said... Labor. High volume restaurants literally do not have the time and/or man power it takes to cut, let alone blanch then fry to order, the amount of potatoes needed for a service.

Gentrification isn't a dirty word and shouldn't be. I work very close to this building and am excited for the clientele it will bring. I hope they tear down the whole fuckin street and make it look modern and fancy like this.

I'll be at work... Nope. Not a first responder or even other essential type worker. I'm a Chef. I can't imagine how many people are going to be coming into a restaurant. Moved up from the south last year and this is pretty insane to me.

Wild Rover is my favorite Irish pub. Firefly is a sold gastro pub. If you want divey, heavy pours and decent live music check out the Derryfield.

Moved up from Dallas but am originally from here... Nothing you find here will come close. Jalisco is good but it's bland as is most the food in this area. If you go get the carnitas, the rice is gonna suck but the meat is absolutely A1.

You'll drive 20 to 30 mins to get anywhere. Gas station, grocer, restaurant, mechanic. Anything, 20 mins away.

Fuck shooters outpost. Never will I even step foot near it again. Worst customer service and a right delayed is a right DENIED. If I have 3 days no response I should be able to go pick up my rifle or gun.

Sushi program has changed a bit since you've last been I'm sure. But the specials make up for the hot tuna stone being gone. It was a liability.
