try doing something else, but find a team sport after, is harder, but you can get into other things, like endurance sports, or try something like rock climbing , surf, tri athalon etc

parking in queens is fine i think, do not drive into manhattan and i think the subways will be free at night of the 31st, but check that

i agree with this comment, but i would say, knives are worth the investment, buy good knives that will last a long time as long as you care for them
pot and pans etc, totally get them at kitchen supply places

I am not sure exactly but I know it’s not a lifetime guarantee , but it is pretty good as they stand behind their products

try looking at the Patagonia Lone Mountain, it is water proof, and warm, and they have an Iron Clad Guarantee but not a life time guarantee, not sure if LL Bean still has that

Buffet has a longer time horizon than most, as he will be patient, he is probably looking at what normalized values look over a cycle. I don't know enough about the sector, but you may be right, and contrarians make a lot of money when they are right
