Reply to ECLECTIC RESTAURANT in BASEMENT of corner rowhouse perhaps a few miles from Second Chance? I went perhaps 5 yrs ago. I'd like to go back & can't figure out what it's called or where it is. I tried Yelp and can't find it. (I hope it's still there! If not, I'd appreciate other suggestions.) by rgbarometer
The restaurants mentioned above are not corner row houses. There was a restaurant in the basement of a row house on the corner about 5 years ago, across from the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. Cathedral and Biddle streets. Closed now. It was great. The building houses a boutique hotel now. They really could do well to open a restaurant there again!

The Horseshoe Casino is there with a parking garage but there are so many great restaurants in Baltimore. Parking is not the biggest concern.
