So weird, I’ve had the opposite. I’ve reported a couple of playground equipment issues and they got solved quickly. I also reported a stop light timing issue, and while it took a while to get a response, the response was lengthy and informative.

There are several schools, and a lottery system. You pick your top 3, enrollment is this month, so don’t wait to enroll. Schools offer tours by appointment if you want to see them.

4.5 is on the line for age. If they were born before Aug 31, 2018 they would be enrolling in Kindergarten, and if they were born later in 2018 it would be Junior Kindergarten.

We had a whole house water filter installed and an RO setup added to our kitchen sink by H2O Care out of Middleton. Been very happy with the result. Unfortunately didn’t have room for the softener, but they do those too.
